Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Specialist, Digital Marketing to plan, produce, and deliver digital content for websites, email campaigns, and marketing programs. You will publish pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using approved templates and work with UX designers and developers to craft accurate digital experiences.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure content aligns with UX, accessibility, and brand requirements, while supporting SEO and AI optimization

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing web and marketing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with web content management, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manages content across Thrivent Asset Management websites, from concept to publication.
• Builds, delivers, and publishes responsive web pages in AEM using templates.
• Provides SEO and AI optimization for content.
• Collaborates with UX, developers, and business partners to improve navigation and conversions.
• Tests content placement and ensures accessibility and brand alignment.
• Coordinates timely updates to prospectus materials and monthly reviews.
