About The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) to join our Client Services team. As a DMS, you'll serve as the main point of contact for our SMB clients, managing and growing their digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, and social media platforms. This role blends client relationship management with strategic campaign execution and internal coordination with our designers, developers, and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, acting as a digital marketing subject matter expert
• Maintain strong client relationships and grow their marketing product portfolio
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by educating clients on relevant programs
• Set and evaluate performance benchmarks for campaigns across Local SEO, SEM, and Paid Social
• Gather and deliver client business information and assets to internal teams to ensure quality output
• Review marketing materials and campaigns to ensure brand consistency and quality
• Analyze and report on client performance in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks
• Manage website-related projects and communicate updates between clients and the web team

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Passionate about SEO and digital marketing trends
• Account management or project management experience
• Familiar with tools like Google Business Profile, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
• Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
