Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science, marketing, business, analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, or e-commerce.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Monitor acquisition funnels, optimize landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Analyze campaign performance with GA4, Google Ads, and Salesforce; recommend spend/creative changes.
• Support CRM activities: audience segmentation, email campaigns, lifecycle journeys, retention initiatives.
• Maintain campaign data in Salesforce for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate A/B tests across emails, landing pages, and campaigns.
