Job summary

Forever, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Pittsburgh to drive paid campaigns, optimize conversion paths, and grow the brand’s organic social presence.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, test creative approaches, and support CRM initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role reports to the Marketing team and is based in-office in Pittsburgh with some flexibility when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on in paid campaigns on Meta or Google Ads.
• Experience growing an organic social presence for a brand.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Monitor funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversions.
• Analyze campaigns with GA4, Salesforce, and data teams; recommend spend shifts.
• Collaborate with creative to test formats and messaging.
• Support CRM activities and audience segmentation; nurture programs.
