Job summary

WebFX is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join our on-site team in York, PA. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 1–2 years in SEO/digital marketing and is excited to work with agency clients. Training will be provided on the job, and experience in marketing is valued.

You will collaborate on strategy, client relations, and performance analysis, leveraging tools like Excel/Google Suite, AI tools, and Google Ads. Strong communication and a passion for web tech are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; all majors welcome.
GPA of 3.4 or above.
1 year of SEO/digital marketing experience or 2 years in a marketing role.
Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills.
Presentation skills; agency experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a partner and direct point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, proactively providing industry insights and recommendations to drive digital marketing success.
Build long-lasting client relationships based on trust and rapport, helping maintain a world-class retention rate.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, AI Search Visibility, and PPC aligned with client objectives.
Manage significant paid search budgets across top-tier engines, optimizing campaigns for ROI and targets.
Optimize client websites for on-page SEO to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Direct the design of web pages and content, ensuring functionality and current content.
