Productboard is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize SEO, AEO/GEO, and paid media programs to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion for Productboard Spark. You will own outcomes directly in the platforms, rather than managing work through agencies.

Reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for accelerating our speed to market, while upholding operational rigor for our programs to efficiently scale and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a digital marketing role within B2B tech, hands-on execution.
• Strong paid media and SEO expertise, with AI-driven search awareness.
• Experience with audiences, targeting, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize SEO and paid media programs hands-on in platforms.
• Own AEO/GEO optimization to surface content in AI-powered search.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to automate reporting and briefs.
• Track timelines and prioritize digital projects against objectives.
• Write and edit campaign copy aligned with messaging frameworks and themes.
