Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Search

Remote in Seattle, Austin, New York, or Washington DC

3-Month Contract

$45/hour+

DESCRIPTION

Our Client is looking for a leader to drive marketing for their B2B world-wide.A part of the Digital Marketing team, this role is developing and optimizing customer journey for the growth of our Client’s digital platforms worldwide.

In this role you will own the marketing strategy, plan-execute-measure-learn marketing programs, run new experiments to grow customer use for existing and new customers, using both paid and owned channels. This role will drive strategy and execution for automated owned channel levers, and coordinating with local geo marketers to execute non-automated campaigns in owned and paid channel. Key metrics will be revenue generated by usage, engagement, and create scalable processes to help expand marketing to new users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive mobile app adoption for B2B Customers using multi-channel strategies.
  • Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics. Establish automated reporting and optimization processes.
  • Manage relationships with key partners in the mobile ecosystem (e.g. Google, Apple Search Ads…).
  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, business, finance and design teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
  • Coordinate with other internal Mobile marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and advertising and collaborate on a unified vision in the mobile space.
  • Test and learn across new and existing platforms, conducting deep data analysis to uncover new opportunities for customer growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (SEM, Mobile, Paid Social etc.).
  • Experience managing mobile marketing campaigns via app, push notification or SMS
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs and communicate plans to senior executives.
  • High attention to detail, across both business and technical domain
  • The ability to create innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships to drive customer acquisition through mobile app paid advertising.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong bias towards decision making based on data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, able to use it to analyze, extract insights and present recommendations.
  • The ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • The ability to take, drive and/or influence strategic decisions.
