Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and employer branding? Do you have a knack for turning strategic goals into engaging content that captivates highly technical and mission-driven audiences? We're seeking a Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist to lead our talent attraction efforts through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

As a Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist, you'll manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, along with our broader paid media strategies. You’ll support an advanced technology company dedicated to solving the nation’s toughest challenges through innovation. Your role will involve leading the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and social media deliverables.

You'll manage talent attraction campaigns across various platforms while collaborating with teams to develop content that supports enterprise and talent attraction goals. Close collaboration with talent attraction, culture, and marketing teams will be essential to ensure campaign success and alignment with our brand narrative. You will also track and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies. Your creative, strategic thinking, and project management skills will enable you to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading, planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and social media
  • 2+ years of experience managing recruitment marketing strategies to promote employer brand and attract high-performing talent in evolving markets
  • Experience creating content across multiple social media platforms to engage target audiences
  • Experience managing partnerships with outside vendors
  • Experience driving campaigns within large or matrixed organizations involving talent, marketing, social media, and analytics teams
  • Experience with technology and talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, AI, and social media platforms
  • Experience executing digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging messages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing

  • Experience delivering employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing within a Fortune 500 company
  • Portfolio of work samples
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing

Compensation

We offer comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Our salary range is $62,000 to $141,000 annually, depending on various factors. This posting will close within 90 days of posting date.
