We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help fuel the growth of our inbound marketing engine. You’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and converting high-quality leads across multiple digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, automation, and performance content.
You’ll work closely with our product and field marketing teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns and content that position Wolters Kluwer FRR as a market leader, retain and attract new customers through the digital channels.
Key responsibilities :
Website & SEO
Manage website updates via CMS and DAM tools to ensure timely and accurate content publishing.
Drive performance through A/B testing, on-site personalization, and UX optimization.
Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure all landing pages are optimized for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
Marketing operations & CRM
Build and manage Marketo programs, including lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, engagement programs, and list segmentation.
Maintain data hygiene and alignment between Marketo and Salesforce.
Implement campaign tracking to support performance attribution and reporting.
Online advertising
Assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display networks.
Monitor performance and support continuous testing of ad formats, copy, and targeting.
Social media
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with campaign goals, ensuring engagement and lead conversion across key platforms.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content, improve audience targeting, and drive measurable growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Analytics & reporting
Track and analyze marketing funnel metrics (traffic, MQLs, conversions, etc.) and campaign attribution.
Provide actionable insights and support quarterly reporting to marketing and sales leadership.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI and Salesforce dashboards to measure marketing ROI.
Innovation & M ar Tech
Test and implement new digital marketing tools that improve campaign performance or team efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to content distribution, automation, and personalization.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with product marketing, field marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and message consistency.
Support the rollout of content and campaigns tailored to personas, stages in the buyer journey, and verticals.
Requirements :
4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and/or demand generation.
Strong proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce – able to build programs, workflows, and reports.
Experience managing SEO/SEM and web performance initiatives.
Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with key marketing tools: Google Analytics, social networks, CMS platforms, and campaign tracking tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, or AI solutions is a plus.
