About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day execution of the demand generation engine: paid search, paid social, email, and landing page programs that feed pipeline and drive product adoption. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving B2B tech environment - launching campaigns weekly, pulling analytics in GA4 and Salesforce, and iterating on what converts rather than what looks good in a deck.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social, managing budgets and bid strategies day-to-day
- Write and QA email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, nurture flows, and A/B testing of subject lines and CTAs
- Build and optimize landing pages in Webflow or Unbounce, tracking conversion rates and iterating weekly
- Own SEO hygiene: keyword research, on-page optimization, and monthly reporting on organic traffic and rankings
- Maintain campaign tracking and attribution in GA4 and Salesforce; deliver weekly performance dashboards to marketing leadership
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ship assets on schedule across paid, email, and web channels
- Monitor competitor messaging and paid activity; surface insights that shape positioning and targeting
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including budget management and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and GA4 (or comparable analytics platforms)
- Strong copywriting skills - able to write tight, conversion‑focused ad and email copy without heavy editing
- Comfortable with spreadsheet‑level analysis: CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and basic funnel math
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: HTML/CSS familiarity, Salesforce reporting, SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), or experience marketing to technical/developer audiences
