Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and web analytics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, paid social, email, and retargeting channels.
  • Build and maintain landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and assets in HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable platforms.
  • Monitor channel performance in GA4, advertising platforms, and CRM dashboards; report on traffic, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content optimization using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, email subject lines, landing-page copy, CTAs, and audience segments.
  • Coordinate with content, design, sales, and product marketing to launch campaigns on schedule and maintain consistent messaging.

The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes multi-channel programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and landing pages to increase qualified traffic, engagement, and pipeline.

The role combines campaign execution with performance analysis, using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, and CRM reporting to identify what is working and improve conversion across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, paid social, email, and retargeting channels
  • Build and maintain landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and campaign assets in HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable marketing platforms
  • Monitor channel performance in GA4, advertising platforms, and CRM dashboards; report on traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content optimization using tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, email subject lines, landing-page copy, calls to action, and audience segments
  • Coordinate with content, design, sales, and product marketing teams to launch campaigns on schedule and maintain consistent messaging
  • Maintain campaign documentation, UTM standards, tracking requirements, and performance dashboards across active programs
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, web analytics, paid media, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, conversion-rate optimization, email marketing, and marketing attribution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations and next actions
  • Clear, concise writing skills and experience adapting messaging for ads, email, landing pages, and social channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, account-based marketing, or marketing operations and tracking implementation
