About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day execution of paid and organic programs across search, social, and lifecycle channels, translating growth targets into campaigns that ship weekly.
This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and brand: managing budgets in Google Ads and Meta, optimizing funnels in GA4, and partnering with content and design to turn data into creative that converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including keyword strategy, bidding, and budget pacing
- Own SEO initiatives: run technical and content audits, execute on-page optimizations, and track rankings and organic traffic in Ahrefs and GA4
- Develop email and nurture workflows in HubSpot or Marketo, from segmentation to copy and deployment
- Build landing pages and A/B tests using Webflow or Unbounce to improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards that tie channel spend to MQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce campaign assets on schedule and on brand
- Monitor trends in platform algorithms and industry benchmarks to recommend channel and budget shifts
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech, with measurable ownership of paid and organic channels
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, GA4, and at least one marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audit basics
- Experience building landing pages and running structured A/B tests (Webflow, Unbounce, or Optimizely)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with pivot tables, attribution models, and presenting performance data to leadership
- Excellent project management across multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: HubSpot or Google Ads certifications, experience with Marketing Cloud or Salesforce, SQL or Looker skills, and a portfolio of campaigns with documented results
