The Digital Marketing Specialist executes measurable acquisition and engagement programs across paid search, paid social, organic search, email, and conversion-focused web experiences.
The role turns campaign strategy into launches, reporting, and optimization, partnering with content, product marketing, design, and sales to improve traffic quality, lead volume, and funnel conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related paid media platforms
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, email journeys, and nurture programs using HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable marketing automation tools
- Manage SEO execution, including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, internal linking, and performance tracking in Google Search Console and GA4
- Create campaign briefs, UTM standards, audience segments, and content distribution plans across digital channels
- Analyze channel and funnel performance using GA4, CRM reporting, and dashboard tools; recommend actions based on conversion rate, cost per lead, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing-page layouts, email subject lines, calls to action, and audience targeting
- Coordinate campaign calendars, agency or freelance partners, and cross-functional deliverables to ship programs on schedule
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, landing-page optimization, and conversion tracking
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, and a CRM such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, including campaign reporting, spreadsheet analysis, UTM governance, and interpreting funnel performance
- Clear, concise writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for ads, email, landing pages, and social channels
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, WordPress or Webflow, SQL, marketing attribution, and basic HTML/CSS
