Mason Companies is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketplace and email campaigns. You will coordinate campaigns, track performance, and optimize listings and content to drive online sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities for assigned marketplaces, including monitoring account metrics, daily reporting and processes, optimizing listings, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Address errors and violations for marketplace listings.
  • Enhance Private Label Brand content, including written content, product images and videos, and identifying new content opportunities.
  • Research and launch relevant campaigns, such as Content Creator programs, initiatives to increase reviews, and paid advertising.
  • Stay abreast of changes, policies, and current best practices across marketplaces. Recommend and implement related improvements within your assigned programs.
  • Manage the preparation of email campaigns for deployment including email pre-loads, applicable change management, audience/filter assignments and segmentation.
  • Manage the deployment of email campaigns including deployment scheduling, test execution, quality assurance, and campaign deployment progress tracking.
  • Monitor campaign deployment for success, including matching deployment reporting to planned audience size and deliverability.
  • Complete ongoing reporting tasks.
  • Research and make recommendations for improving efficiencies or processes within the email program.

Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

This position supports the execution and maintenance of marketing initiatives across online marketplaces and email marketing programs. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized marketer who is eager to learn hands‑on execution, campaign coordination, and performance tracking within an e‑commerce environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketplace Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities for assigned marketplaces, including monitoring account metrics, daily reporting and processes, optimizing listings, and addressing customer feedback
  • Address errors and violations for marketplace listings

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of progressively responsible marketing experience
  • Well‑versed in current industry best practices and future trends
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Experience working with Canva, Adobe Express, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Maintain a good workflow to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Effective communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work is generally sedentary, in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities.
