Job summary

Zohorecruit in the United States is seeking a driven sales professional to present our digital marketing services to insurance agencies via phone, email, and live demos. You will qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, and guide prospects through a consultative buying journey.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and a track record of closing deals within short sales cycles. Prior CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or technical services.
• Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting (calls and email) and inbound lead conversion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and educate.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and customers through outbound calls, emails, inbound inquiries, live chat, and scheduled meetings.
• Proactively conduct outbound outreach to net-new prospects, win-back and cross-sell accounts.
• Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Schedule, manage, and run sales calls and demonstrations with prospects.
• Provide live, online demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity within HubSpot CRM.
• Use a consultative selling approach to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outbound messaging and lead gen strategies.
