Job summary

CoStar Group's Apartments.com team in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Sales Associate to expand our multifamily client base with digital marketing solutions. You will conduct in-person visits, deliver compelling presentations, and grow revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Extensive training, front-line mentorship, and a collaborative culture await. A proven sales record in B2B and a valid driver's license are valued as you help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – using market data to identify opportunities and upsell/renew with current customers.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor to client marketing plans.
• Business Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily trends in your market territory.
