Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns for BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device Services, and Calibration, Certification & Metrology. You will lead paid search, social, organic content, and YouTube initiatives, partnering with marketing, sales and subject matter experts to deliver measurable results.

The role requires 5–7 years in digital marketing, a strong grasp of Google Ads/Analytics, and experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated B2B industries preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members, agencies, or cross-functional project teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage paid media, social media, content activation, and digital advertising programs.
• Lead campaign planning, launch, optimisation and performance reporting.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Oversee digital content, creative assets, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Establish digital marketing best practices, processes, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support lead generation and brand growth.
• Monitor emerging digital trends, technologies, and AI-driven marketing opportunities.
