Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead multichannel digital campaigns across paid search, social, and video, driving brand awareness and lead generation for BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device Services, and related businesses.

The role requires 5–7 years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, SMEs, and external partners to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated B2B industries preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members, agencies, or cross-functional project teams preferred.
