Creative Chaos is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing. You will manage a team, set strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in management, strong analytics, and proficiency with key tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, campaigns, and teams effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions based on analytics.
• Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or service-based industries is preferred.
