Digital Marketing Manager – Fulfillment & Client Success

Remote | Full-Time | High-Performance Environment

Important: This role is client facing. It's a leadership role with digital marketing experience required.

Mission: Own the Marketing Fulfillment Department. Drive Client Success.

We’re a fast-moving growth company helping financial advisors scale through digital marketing. Our Operations Manager plays a critical role as the right hand to the CEO—owning fulfillment, client delivery, internal operations, and team accountability.

You’re the integrator who ensures our clients get results, the team delivers with precision, and the CEO remains focused on vision and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

Client Success & Consulting

  • Maintain 90%+ client retention over a rolling 6-month window
  • Lead bi-weekly success calls and manage all asynchronous client communication
  • Deliver consistent reporting on ad performance, lead costs, and conversion trends
  • Identify bottlenecks and coach clients to improve their ROI
  • Ensure all scripts, content, and approvals stay on schedule
  • Own tracking for retention, CPL, CPA, NPS, and all success metrics
  • Review and approve all deliverables before clients see them (ads, copy, videos, funnels)
  • Maintain 95%+ first-pass approval rate across all client assets
  • Conduct daily check-ins with media buyers, copywriters, video editors, and tech teams
  • Eliminate missed deadlines by enforcing systems, speed, and brand alignment

Internal Operations

  • Run daily standups, weekly all-hands, and departmental check-ins
  • Lead new client onboarding from contract to campaign launch
  • Review team reports and provide direction, feedback, and accountability
  • Translate chaos into clean systems and raise the standard of execution
  • Fully own post-onboarding communication, fulfillment, and long-term success
  • Track and report all metrics independently
  • Remove 10+ hours/week of tactical work from the CEO’s plate
  • Escalate only when necessary—you are the first and final line of accountability

Compensation

  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $36,000/year based on:
  • Reduction of CEO workload
  • Client success metrics (retention, NPS)
  • Team scaling and SOP documentation
  • Optional Profit Share: Available after hitting profitability milestones

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000/year+

Requirements

  • 3+ years in agency or startup ops, ideally in client delivery
  • Experience leading internal teams across media, creative, and tech
  • Familiar with direct response, performance marketing, and growth execution
  • Skilled at coaching clients and team members toward real business outcomes

Your First 90 Days

Day 30: Fully onboarded, shadowing team and CEO, familiar with all SOPs and deliverables.

Day 60: Running client communication, leading fulfillment, solving bottlenecks proactively.

Day 90: CEO is removed from 90% of fulfillment and client ops. You run day-to-day operations with confidence and precision.
