Job summary

Park Square Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the full digital footprint across brands, including paid media, SEO, social, and email campaigns. You will report to the VP of Marketing, set strategy, manage budgets, and direct the Digital Specialist’s execution to deliver data-driven ROI.

The role emphasizes hands-on optimization, deep analytics, and AI-enabled marketing, across B2B/commercial and consumer channels, with a focus on performance and cross-brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical skillset with ability to build performance dashboards and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google and Meta ads for all brands.
• Set budgets by channel, approve expenses with the VP Marketing.
• Analyze performance and deliver deep insights to drive ROI across channels.
• Direct the Digital Specialist's day-to-day execution and provide strategic direction.
• Oversee email/drip and social strategies, and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Develop dashboards using GA4, Ads platforms, and SEO tools.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve campaigns and reporting.
