Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search/ILS advertising, or website management.
• Multifamily or related consumer real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Search Advertising & ILS partnerships, MSAs, addendums, renewals, and quarterly reviews.
• Oversee Website Management: domain registrations, new website projects, and site updates; monitor RentCafe Marketing Suite settings; report analytics performance.
• Administer Marketing Systems: Monday.com for the team; manage marketing platform access; coordinate inquiries and asset collection.
