Denton Floyd Real Estate Group in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a Marketing Manager, Digital Advertising & Technology to own the daily administration of the firm’s digital marketing infrastructure. You will manage ILS partnerships, website projects, and core marketing systems to support leasing and portfolio-wide goals.

Key tasks include optimizing listings on major ILS platforms, overseeing Google Analytics reporting, and administering marketing tools such as Yardi/RentCafe, Monday.com, and CRM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, paid search/ILS advertising, or website management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master service agreements (MSAs) with ILS partners and manage renewals.
• Maintain optimal listing quality across all ILS platforms.
• Manage domain registration and website projects.
• Administer marketing tools (Monday.com, Meta Business, Google Business Profile).
• Support central marketing email and vendor communications.
