Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, a full-service firm in Indiana, seeks a Marketing Manager for Digital Advertising & Technology. You will oversee ILS partnerships, company websites, and core marketing systems to support leasing and marketing goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in digital marketing or website management and experience with ILS platforms, Yardi/RentCafe, and Google Analytics. This is a desk-based role with opportunity for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search/ILS advertising, or website management
• Multifamily or related consumer real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Search Advertising & ILS Management: manage MSAs, addendums, renewals with ILS partners; ensure high-quality listings; monitor Spend; analyze analytics; prepare quarterly/monthly reviews.
• Website Management: manage domain, create and update sites; oversee RentCafe Marketing Suite settings; manage intranet; report Google Analytics performance.
• Marketing Systems & Administration: manage Monday.com; coordinate marketing requests; control account creation/access for marketing tools; support central marketing email; undertake other duties as assigned.
