This role is for an execution-focused marketer who can move from tracking setup to campaign launch, daily optimization, content publishing, and clear reporting without losing attention to detail. You will help WODI learn which messages, audiences, channels, and creative approaches produce meaningful customer action.
What success looks like
- Establish accurate, quality-checked measurement across priority websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Launch campaigns on schedule and maintain disciplined control of budgets, audiences, creative, and conversion quality.
- Deliver a reliable weekly view of funnel performance, learning, risks, and recommended next actions.
- Build a repeatable content and campaign workflow that reduces missed deadlines and unsupported decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain launch readiness across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, conversion actions, UTMs, dashboards, consent dependencies, and quality assurance.
- Set up and operate approved Meta, Google Search, and app campaigns, including audiences, budgets, creative variations, pacing, and optimization.
- Monitor delivery, lead quality, acquisition cost, conversion performance, creative fatigue, tracking anomalies, and landing-page issues.
- Publish and adapt platform-native content across priority social channels and route customer or community feedback to the right owner.
- Maintain campaign calendars, creative inventories, experiment logs, naming conventions, and approval records.
- Produce concise weekly reports that connect spend and activity to meaningful funnel events, lessons, and decisions.
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a startup, agency, fintech, payments, consumer app, or another performance-oriented environment.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to diagnose common tracking or campaign-delivery problems and communicate clearly when technical support is required.
- Clear English writing and enough design and short-form video fluency to work effectively in common creative tools.
- Strong organization, numerical accuracy, follow-through, and respect for approval and brand processes.
- Reliable availability for 4-6 hours daily, Monday-Friday, with meaningful U.S. Eastern overlap.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with app acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, email, or community management.
- Familiarity with financial services, diaspora audiences, multilingual campaigns, or regulated advertising.
- Portfolio evidence showing both creative execution and analytical decision-making.
