Penguin Random House Christian Publishing Division is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Advertising and Creative Operations department. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on a variety of projects in an intense and fast-paced environment. The Designer will be responsible for managing multiple projects to support marketing efforts across web, social, and email platforms, including motion graphics. This individual should be proficient in producing great design in print, motion, and promotional items. The role focuses on WaterBrook, Multnomah, Image, Ink & Willow, and Forum imprints. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, integrated department and work with renowned titles published by these imprints.
Our Christian publishing program is dedicated to creating books that inspire readers to find spiritual purpose and deepen their relationship with God. We seek a creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic designer interested in working with Christian books to join our team. The Designer will be an active team member creating and executing customized campaigns for approximately 80 Christian-focused books annually, including titles in Christian Living, Christian Fiction, Young Readers, and 4-color product lines such as children’s books and gift items. This position reports to the Creative Director.
Compensation: The salary range is $66,500 to $68,500. All positions are eligible for annual profit sharing or bonuses based on company results.
