Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Romeoville, IL to support paid advertising and affiliate programs. You will manage Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center feeds, and CJ reporting under the Manager, Digital Marketing & Marketplaces, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years in digital marketing, paid search, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for campaigns, feeds, and revenue datasets.

Responsibilities

• Review Google Merchant Center feed errors and coordinate timely resolution.
• Update channel revenue reporting and paid search trackers.
• Conduct routine Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign reviews and optimizations.
• Support weekly search term and landing page reviews for relevancy and gaps.
• Perform negative search term harvesting and maintain clean targeting.
• Prepare SKU-level performance reporting for Google and Bing campaigns.
• Assist with new campaign launches across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and affiliates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, IT, Product Content, Inventory, Marketplace, and vendors.
