Job summary

Admiral Nimitz Foundation in Fredericksburg, TX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator I to support digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, organic social media, email campaigns, and performance analytics.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage campaigns across Meta and Google, analyze KPIs, create platform-appropriate content, and help optimize the website to increase awareness and visitation. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• At least 1 year in marketing or related field.
• Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and deadline-driven.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Track performance, dashboards, and provide regular KPI reports.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns; perform A/B tests.
• Assist website updates, landing pages, and ensure consistent digital presence.
