Job summary

Neal Communities is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to execute digital and e-marketing strategies across master-planned communities. This role drives content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization to engage audiences, increase traffic, and generate qualified leads.

You'll collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and teams to develop the content calendar, write and publish across blog, website, social media, and email channels, and size visuals for branding.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to grammar and detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP Marketing to generate leads and traffic for business objectives.
• Develop, manage, and execute the digital content calendar across platforms.
• Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, social media, and emails.
• Design, program, and execute e-marketing campaigns using marketing automation.
• Prepare and size brand visuals including images, reels, and videos.
• Ensure content follows SEO practices and brand guidelines.
