Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive marketing leadership.
• Experience leading budgets, teams, and agency relations.
• Proven success translating marketing investment into demand and sales growth.
• Ability to develop managers, delegate, and align executives and partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual marketing strategy and operating plan aligned with sales goals.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns across channels.
• Lead Digital and Field Marketing Managers; set priorities and development plans.
• Partner with Sales to define qualified lead criteria and track funnel performance.
• Manage marketing budget, agency relationships, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure consistent brand and customer experience across all touchpoints.
