Job summary

Neal Communities seeks a Marketing Content Specialist to join the Neal Land & Neighborhoods team in Florida. You’ll drive digital content, campaigns, and SEO alignment to support master-planned communities and lead generation.

You will manage content calendars, write and edit for blogs, websites and social channels, and collaborate with marketing leadership and agencies to ensure brand consistency and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or English.
• 3-5 years in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic HTML.
• Working knowledge of CRM, SEO, marketing automation, and email platforms (ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Experience with WordPress and content management systems.
• Strong writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to generate qualified leads and traffic.
• Develop, manage, and execute the digital content calendar across platforms.
• Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Design and execute e-marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign or other tools.
• Prepare, design, and size brand visual content including images, reels, and videos.
• Research competitors and keywords to inform digital strategies.
• Review web content for creativity and accuracy; ensure brand consistency.
• Support creation of marketing materials with internal teams or external agencies.
• Monitor performance across digital channels with Marketing team and agencies.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
• As needed, assist with developer-related activities and events.
