You’ll plan campaigns across digital and traditional channels, write and edit marketing materials, and analyze data to improve results while ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience; banking/community outreach or event coordination a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with social media, website content management, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
• Design or basic video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (website, Mailchimp, social media).
• Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as newsletters, press releases, ads, and customer communications.
• Track and interpret marketing data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with employees and vendors to ensure brand and compliance consistency.
• Support community events and sponsorships, with growing ownership of planning and logistics.
• Manage project timelines and ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
