Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience; banking, community outreach, or event coordination a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with social media, website content management, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
• Design or basic video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including website, Mailchimp, and social media.
• Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as newsletters, press releases, advertisements, and customer communications.
• Track and interpret marketing data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with employees and vendors to keep marketing materials consistent with brand and compliance standards.
• Support community events and sponsorships, gradually taking ownership of planning, logistics, promotional materials, and coordination with community partners.
• Manage project timelines and details to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule.
