We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing / Communications Website Specialist to join our team. This individual will be part of a Digital Marketing team and will oversee a subset of the company's website and content, including configuration, editing, copy and image proofing, creating graphics, and partnering with agencies for design.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for crafting compelling communications, and the ability to analyze data to drive results. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and promoting our brand across various digital platforms.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Web strategies: Oversee a subset of the company's websites, manage configuration and editing, proof copy and images, create graphics, partner with agencies and brand/product marketers on design, and optimize website pages for organic traffic and engagement with SEO and content.
  2. Optimize: Identify ways to improve website content for search engines and track performance metrics to enhance rankings and traffic.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Brand & Product Communication: Craft clear and compelling website content that aligns with the brand's voice and values, ensuring consistency across digital and offline channels.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of digital marketing and communications trends, continuously seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Who You Are / Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. Alternatively, a master's degree with up to 2 years of experience or 6 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
  • Proven success in digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, proficiency in front-end web design, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and innovative marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, effective in virtual and in-person team environments.
Preferred:
  • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.

Compensation:

The salary range is $59,600.00 - $89,400.00, varying based on location, skills, and experience. Additional incentive programs may be available.
