What You Will Do at Noble
The Digital Marketing Communications Specialist III will work with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications in developing and executing the overall marcom plan, integrated marketing campaigns, and projects for brand and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing and executing marketing efforts such as multimedia executions, leveraging AI, print ads, digital campaigns, social media, website updates, tradeshows/events, PR, collateral, presentations, webinars, and ABM development—ensuring all projects are delivered on scope, on time, and with high quality.
As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will
- Act as liaison between Noble Marketing Department and Aptar Pharma Operational Marketing Department to ensure messaging alignment and deadlines are met.
- Manage implementation of marketing email communications, including copywriting, editing, building emails in CRM, creating targeted groups, and tracking performance to inform future strategies.
- Manage Noble’s social media channels—planning content calendars, copywriting, editing, scheduling, analyzing audience engagement, and tracking to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create promotional materials, acting as copywriter and editor to ensure error-free ads.
- Support leadership and business teams in crafting impactful messages and value propositions tailored to different buyer personas, ensuring timely delivery through appropriate channels.
- Manage relationships with industry publications, tracking ad placements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external PR firms on messaging, press releases, editorials, and blog posts.
- Work with website developers and SEO vendors to ensure timely delivery of website projects and updates.
- Maintain and update Noble’s blog and monthly newsletter.
- Oversee website initiatives—creating new pages, auditing content, and updating in CMS—acting as copywriter, storyteller, and editor.
- Monitor website performance metrics to inform strategy and recommend improvements.
- Handle lead qualification and routing, tracking inbound leads and passing them to sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership articles and white papers, collaborating with SMEs and agencies.
- Ensure all collateral is error-free and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support tradeshow messaging and collateral development, ensuring alignment with sales teams.
- Coordinate marketing activities across departments to ensure timely publication.
- Research new publication, tradeshow, and communication opportunities.
- Stay informed on emerging advertising and digital trends and best practices.
- Contribute positively to the marketing team through open communication, proactive problem-solving, and creative ideas.
What Noble is looking for!
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/journalism, advertising, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Experience with tradeshows and event planning.
- Motivated, proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and adapting quickly.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced writing skills, understanding marketing messaging, storytelling, PR, and technical writing.
- Exceptional proofreading/editing skills, familiar with AP style.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using AI in content creation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
