Job summary

Drees Homes in Fort Mitchell, KY is seeking a Corporate and Brand Communications Director to lead internal communications, public relations, earned media, and organic digital strategies from our Corporate Marketing Department.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Communications/Marketing or Journalism, 8+ years in PR or corporate communications, and proven ability to tell the brand story across social channels, with a track record of leadership and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism is required.
• 8+ years in public relations, corporate communications or related field is required.
• Experience managing social media for B to C business is required.
• Creative, results-driven and able to leverage insights to direct activity.
• Strong consumer orientation for internal and external outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal/employee communications plan.
• Strategize organic social media, brand storytelling and social lead generation.
• Create influencer marketing campaigns and homeowner testimonials.
• Collaborate with National Marketing Director to improve home shopper engagement and conversion.
• Lead reputation management and crisis communications as spokesperson when needed.
• Coordinate awards submissions with stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 10% may be required.
