Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our manufacturing client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team full time! This role is hybrid and will require you to come onsite at least 3 days a week at their office located in the Fort Mill, SC area.

This role will develop and manage HubSpot workflows, execute omnichannel campaigns, and optimize lead generation. Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, expert HubSpot knowledge, proficiency in AI applications, Salesforce integration, and technical skills in data analysis and campaign management.

Digital Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing automations, workflows, and logic using HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Ops and Content,etc.)
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, PPC, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilize omnichannel campaign analytics to further optimize marketing lifecycles
  • Utilize AI to create workflows that enhance productivity
  • Analyze data and generate insights to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Manage and create API connections across Marketing tech stack as necessary
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing Department colleagues (Content/Product Manager, Marketing Ops Manager, Marketing coordinator, etc.)

Digital Marketing Automation Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot, particularly in Marketing Hub and Ops Hub required, service hub and content hub beneficial
  • Strong understanding of AI marketing applications for utilization across marketing workflows, best practice prompting in support of department
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integration with HubSpot
  • Technical skills in data analysis, campaign management, and HubSpot functionalities.
  • Experience with webhooks and Python programming
  • Familiarity with JSON is a huge plus
  • Ability to work cross functionality across marketing team
  • Ability to work onsite with a hybrid schedule (3 days a week). The team goes onsite Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
