Job summary

Full Circle Marketing and Design in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute paid media campaigns, manage social media content, webinar production, and email marketing for a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paid Media Ad Project Management: Project Manage asset creation between Creative resources and the media team to ensure all ads are created for various channels and specifications.
• Social Media Post Creation & Publishing: Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed). Write compelling captions and coordinate with designers on visual assets.
• Email Marketing: Build and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or others.
• Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate project tracking and communicate status updates to Project Managers and Account team members.

In this role, you’ll work directly on paid media campaigns, social media content, webinar production, and email marketing on behalf of our diverse portfolio of clients. About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist partners closely with our account, media, and creative teams to bring client marketing programs to life across digital channels. You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of social media content and posting, webinar logistics, and email campaigns—ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, on-schedule, and optimized for performance. In addition, this role will support the media team by serving as a project manager between Creative resources and the media team to ensure all ads are created for various channels and specifications.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Paid Media Ad Project Management

• Project Manage asset creation between Creative resources and the media team to ensure all ads are created for various channels and specifications.
• Write and assemble ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the creative team
• Compile performance data and contribute to client-facing reporting and analysis

Social Media Post Creation & Publishing

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed)
• Write compelling captions and coordinate with designers on visual assets that align with client brand standards
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
• Monitor engagement, respond to community activity as directed, and surface insights to the account team
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and content best practices
• Set up and manage webinar events end-to-end using platforms such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, or similar tools
• Coordinate registration pages, confirmation and reminder emails, and post-event follow-up sequences
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on event promotion
• Provide day-of technical support and ensure smooth event execution
• Pull post-event data and attendance reports for client recap deliverables

Email Marketing

• Build and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or others
• Write and edit email copy aligned with client brand voice and campaign goals
• Manage list segmentation, suppression lists, and audience hygiene
• A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve open and click rates
• Track and report on email performance metrics including deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project tracking and communicate status updates to Project Managers and Account team members
• Support the broader media and account team on digital strategy initiatives
• Contribute to the agency’s own marketing and social media presence as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns in a major ESP platform
• Strong written communication skills with an instinct for brand voice and clear messaging
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

• Google PPC and digital advertising platform experience
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Basic design sensibility and comfort working alongside a creative team in Adobe suite
• Experience with Asana and Harvest project management platforms

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered
• 2–4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience required; agency experience a strong plus
