Hilltop Residential is seeking an analytical, technology-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our digital marketing capabilities as our multifamily portfolio expands. You will implement, manage, and measure marketing systems, SEO and AI search initiatives, and analytics to support our portfolio-wide strategy.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, turning data into actionable recommendations and ensuring initiatives are scalable across our Texas and Southeastern portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in digital marketing, marketing tech, SEO, or analytics.
• Knowledge of technical, local, and content SEO.
• Experience with GA4 and Search Console to analyze performance.
• Familiarity with GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Multifamily real estate or multi-location marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement, administer, and optimize marketing technology platforms across the portfolio.
• Support SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-search initiatives to improve property visibility.
• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology pilots, including vendor collaboration, platform setup, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Monitor website health, organic search visibility, and local search presence to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Google Business Profile optimization, local search initiatives, and digital listing consistency.
• Collaborate with website providers, SEO partners, and other technology vendors to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and meet performance expectations.
• Help develop repeatable processes and workflows that allow successful initiatives to scale efficiently across a growing portfolio.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using GA4, GA4 Console, GTM, and other analytics tools.
