Job summary

Visa in Atlanta, GA is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analytics professional to turn performance data into stories that guide ad strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and more. You will develop dashboards, map customer journeys, and present insights to partners and internal teams.

Collaborate with digital marketing and agency partners to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate tagging and measurement using GA and GTM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing analysis experience.
• Experience with omni channel ads platforms data (google ads, Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
• Ability to create and update marketing dashboards.
• Experience creating in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
• Strong understanding of paid ads strategy.
• Effective in communicating data to people with different levels of paid ads knowledge.
• Experience with google analytics and google tag manager.

SUMMARY

This role will be working with our Digital Marketing Team and our partner agencies. This role will be using data to tell a story and drive meaning insights and give strategic direction with ads across platforms, landing pages, etc. This role will be a key part in a growing marketing team and will play an important part in helping drive growth and optimization for us and our partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn data into meaningful stories to drive impact and growth.
• Present insights in easy-to-understand presentations.
• Analyze results to find insights using any means necessary, including statistical techniques.
• Develop and prepare dashboards to share with our team and partners.
• Help map the customer journey and marketing influence across platforms.
• Report on data analysis regularly to key parts of the business.
• Manage the tags, cookies and other tracking tools.
