Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. is expanding its LocaliQ Digital Marketing team and seeking an Account Manager to partner with a top sales consultant, grow client campaigns, and drive retention.

You’ll manage communications, billing basics, and performance reviews, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver results across search, social, and display channels. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in digital marketing sales or support, a strong grasp of Digital Advertising, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales (inside or outside) or sales support, preferably in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in Digital Advertising.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and client-focused.
• Strong communication skills and client-service mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or similar.
• English preferred; valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective client interaction to enhance retention.
• Explain complex concepts to clients and present updates and next steps.
• Lead onboarding and kickoff conversations with clients.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, creative, SEO, listings, video, and operations teams.
• Support salesperson with Salesforce updates and meeting prep.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Handle general administrative duties.
