Baweja Media is seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our performance marketing team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, is passionate about paid media, and is eager to make a tangible impact on real-time growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities


A. Paid Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously test creatives, targeting options, placements, and formats to drive campaign performance.
  • Ensure timely launch of campaigns, creative approvals, and updates.

B. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights and prepare performance reports.
  • Make strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.

C. Budget & Spend Management

  • Efficiently allocate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign budgets.
  • Optimize spend to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.

D. Audience & Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior
  • Identify new growth opportunities and niches for audience expansion.

E. Creative & Copy Collaboration

  • Work closely with content and design teams to brainstorm and develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
  • Use performance data to guide messaging strategy and visual direction.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or ad automation scripts.
