What you’ll do
- Develop, launch, and iterate on a high volume of marketing campaigns that span the entire customer lifecycle, from initial awareness to customer engagement.
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid (Google Ads, social media ads, ABM display), organic (search engine optimization, marketplace optimization, ratings site optimization), and email marketing channels, including product-led automation.
- Build and manage workflows, audience segments, and email campaigns within HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Leverage AI tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to significantly enhance productivity in tasks such as drafting ad copy, email content, and initial campaign outlines, while collaborating closely with the content marketing, graphic design, and marketing communications teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Take ownership of initiatives aimed at increasing user adoption of rater8’s free reputation monitoring tool and product-led email nurture campaign.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing communications, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Measures of Success & KPIs
- Work to exceed established inbound lead, MQL, and pipeline generation goals.
- Establish relevant digital marketing engagement key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively monitor and report on performance against these metrics.
- Conduct preliminary market research to establish benchmarks for engagement metrics and inform campaign strategies, working in conjunction with the product marketing team for deeper market insights.
- Implement and continuously improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies on landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Actively manage and optimize campaign budgets to drive down cost per lead (CPL) while maximizing return on investment.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Extensive hands-on experience building and managing workflows, audiences, and email campaigns within HubSpot is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) specifically targeting B2B audiences.
- Comfort and proficiency in utilizing AI tools like Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and/or Perplexity to augment work and significantly increase productivity.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fully remote team environment.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Especially Nice to Have
- Experience with Propensity, Asana, and/or Canva.
- Previous experience marketing to healthcare industry professionals, specifically specialty group practices with more than 5 doctors.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is 60k annually. In addition to the base salary, this role offers performance-based commission opportunities. Actual total compensation will depend on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, years of relevant experience, and individual performance.
