Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing technology, operations, engineering, or digital transformation experience.
• 5 years leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations.
• Experience managing capital and operational project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and governance of the Advanced Manufacturing digital roadmap.
• Manage a portfolio of manufacturing technology projects across multiple sites.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate AI engineers focusing on computer vision, ML, and AI deployment.
• Oversee MES, Traceability, Industrial IoT, SCADA, and data platforms implementations.
