You will supervise a multidisciplinary team of Digital Manufacturing Engineers, Controls Engineers, MES specialists, and AI Application Engineers, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable business impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5 years of manufacturing technology, operations, engineering, or digital transformation experience.
5 years leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations.
Experience managing capital and operational project budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution and governance of the Advanced Manufacturing digital roadmap.
Manage a portfolio of manufacturing technology projects across multiple sites.
Drive project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
Coordinate AI engineers focusing on computer vision, ML, and AI deployment.
Oversee MES, Traceability, Industrial IoT, SCADA, and data platforms implementations.
