Job summary

Generac is seeking a Program Manager to lead digital manufacturing and industrial AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, owning programs from MES and traceability to AI deployment in manufacturing, quality, and service ops.

Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting to deliver measurable value and align with SQDCP goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of MES, OT/IT integration, and AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, governance, and adoption of digital manufacturing initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Manage portfolio of manufacturing technology projects across multiple sites.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate AI Engineers on computer vision, ML, and predictive analytics projects.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value across SQDCP.
