Job summary

The Campbell Company is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Manufacturing to bridge business needs with IT solutions across manufacturing and quality operations. You will help discover, design, configure, govern, and evolve digital technologies in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a tech-enabled BA role, with MES, SAP and SQL experience, plus GMP exposure. You will work with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology-enabled environment.
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quality.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
• Experience with MES, SAP, SQL Server and workflow systems.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Digital Manufacturing and Quality technology landscape and data flows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Define current and future-state capabilities for gap analysis and design.
• Collaborate with vendors and system integrators on RFI/RFPs and SLAs.
• Assist configuration, deployment and ongoing support of digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and document testing and validation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Provide advanced application support across the landscape.
