Generac is seeking a Manager of Digital Manufacturing Systems to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital factory ecosystem at the Waukesha site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years supporting manufacturing systems in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel 20–50% to manufacturing sites.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across operations, engineering, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Digital Factory strategy and roadmap.
• Lead MES, connected worker, data platforms and analytics implementations.
• Improve shop-floor execution, OEE visibility, and production flow.
• Integrate manufacturing systems with ERP, PLM, QMS, SCADA and PLCs.
• Govern project delivery, budgets, and cross-site collaborations.
