Job summary

Kimberly-Clark's Warren Plant is hiring an HR Generalist to partner with manufacturing leaders and drive talent, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll coach leaders, support recruitment, and help implement people programs in a fast-paced HPWS environment.

You will collaborate on performance management, workforce planning, and development initiatives, promoting inclusion, accountability, and employee ownership across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
• Experience in employee relations, coaching leaders, talent management, and organizational change.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working in HPWS or high involvement teams preferred.
• Availability to work on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
• Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results.
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership.
• Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence on compensation, retention, and workforce solutions.
• Support implementation of HR programs and corporate initiatives at the site.
