Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience in the field of manufacturing.
0-3 years of experience in IT, manufacturing systems, automation, analytics, or solution delivery.
Understanding of software development, systems integration, or enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and documentation of scalable manufacturing and business solutions.
Support development of solution architectures aligned with Campbell's enterprise standards and digital manufacturing strategy.
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, process flows, data models, and integration specifications.
Participate in architecture reviews and design workshops with IT and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solution recommendations.
Help define and document data requirements between OT and IT systems.
Coordinate activities with site operations, engineering teams, vendors, and IT partners.
Document lessons learned and implementation best practices.
