Qualifications

• High school or GED plus 4 years of engineering or computer science experience.
• Associate degree plus 2 years of engineering or computer science experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 months of engineering or computer science experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with command-line programming or scripting in Python, C, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of data structures and ability to build analytical models.
• Ability to present data-driven insights to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Committed to operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen).
• Proven ability to perform in fast-paced manufacturing environments and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build digital tools to support manufacturing operations.
• Lead data infrastructure and analytics at site level for advanced analytics and AI.
• Integrate and optimize interdependent enterprise systems (MES, ERP) with manufacturing processes.
• Lead digital project execution and governance across initiatives.
• Deliver insights through analytics and visualization using SQL, Tableau, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with global digital teams to standardize solutions across sites and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and justify digital investments with compelling business cases.
